Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
