What are your standard shipping times and costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $999. For smaller items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Do you provide white-glove delivery and assembly?

Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for a flat fee. This includes professional delivery to your room of choice, full assembly of your furniture, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for furniture items?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Does Contempo Furniture offer a warranty on products?

All of our furniture comes with a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.

Can I request fabric or wood finish swatches?

Absolutely. We want you to be confident in your choice. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page to see how colors and textures look in your home.
